Grant by Richard Estbrook, citizen and brewer of London, and Agnes his wife to John Fishyde, mercer, William Creswyke and John Wakefeld, citizens of London, and Peter Wysbeche, chaplain, of 40s. yearly rent issuing from their lands and tenements in Fanchirchestrete in the parish of St. Dionis Bakechirche, London: [Middx.] Endorsed: Memorandum of enrolment at the Husting for pleas of land, Monday after St. Luke the Evangelist, 8 Richard II. Also note that ;' William Creswyk bequeathed us this 40s. by his will enrolled in the Guildhall, London, 8 Henry IV. '. 1 October, 8 Richard II.
