Description

Agreement made between Cicely and Lucy, daughters of Walrum, whereby Cicely releases to Lucy all her right in the lands in Eggeswere and Stanmere which belonged to Walram and Lucy Bukquinte their mother; and Lucy releases to Cicely her right in a stall and solar thereto belonging in Westcheph in the parish of St. Mary of Arches, and next to Corveisere-strate, paying 1d. yearly for the King's soccage. Witnesses:- Sirs Andrew Bukerel, Mayor of London, Richard Renger, Roger Duc, Reyner de Bungeia, and others (named): [Middx.]. [Henry III.]
