Description

Grant by John Cass and Margaret his wife, a daughter and heir of John de Seynt Jermayn, to Thomas Swettenham, citizen and grocer of London, of the third part of 53s. 4d. yearly, which Margaret together with Thomas Berners, her late husband, had by demise of Stephen Browne and others (named), issuing from lands and tenements lately belonging to John Burcetre, knight, in the parish of St. Mary Colchirche and in Westchepe ward: [Middx.]. 23 May, 38 Henry VI.
