Grant by Stephen, the prior, and the convent of Holy Trinity, London, to John son of Serlo of the land [in the parish of St. Michael Cornhill] that Serlo held, paying 3s. yearly. Witnesses:- Geoffrey Alderman, Henry de Chesewic, and others (named): [Middx.] Answered: Grant by S. the prior, and the convent of Christchurch London, to Emma Bonaventure of the above land which John son of Serlo held before her. Witnesses:- Hugh the priest of St. Michael of Cornhill, Ralph the Priest of St. Mary de Hull, Geoffrey Alderman, and others (named. ). [John.]
