Grant by John de Hodesdon, citizen of London, to Peter de Nalyngherst, and Juliana his wife, of amessuage with brewery and all his shops and a garden in Colemancherche parish in Belieters-lane and the highway leading to Fancherche, to the gate called Alegate. If they had their children die, the premises are to remain to found a chantry of two chaplains in the house of L[esn]es. Witnesses:_ John de Weregrave, Mayor of London, and others (named): [Middx.]. Holy Trinity, 12 Edward, II.
