Undertaking by the prior and canons of Holy Trinity, London, that whereas they wished to make a latrine of that portion of John de Chelsen's cellar which they lately had of him in fee and succession in the parish of St. Mary Colcherche, they will enclose the latrine on their land on the east and west with a stone wall," a fodeo usque ad gistas solariorum nostrorum ibidem attingente.
