Release by John Porter, citizen and vintner of London, to Robert Racheford, Thomas Hill, John Berell, grocers, Edmund Shaa and Robert Hardyng, goldsmiths, citizens of London, of all right to the lands and tenements near the Great Conduit in West Chepe, St. Mary Colchirche parish, which he and Bartholomew Horwode, deceased, had by grant of William Lemyng, deceased, and which Racheford and the others had by feoffment of Bartholomew aforesaid to fulfill Lemyng's will: [Middx.]. 16 November, 11 Edward IV.
