Description

Grant by Simon de Sthurreye, rector of the church of Mondene, to Simon de Cotiler, of London, and Katherine his wife, of the stone house separated from his own home, in the lane and parish of St. Andrew Huberd, which he bought of the executors of Sir Elias, formerly rector of Bredstrate church; paying half a marc yearly to Holy Trinity, London. Witnesses:- Ralph de Sandwyco, Warden of London, and others (named): [Middx.]. Sunday in the Octave of St. John ante Portam Latinam, 19 Edward I.
