Release and demise by Adam de Braughingg, clerk, to Ralph, the prior, and the convent of Holy Trinity, London, for 20 years, of the two tenements in St. Botolph's parish without Alegate which he acquired of Geoffrey de Hakeneye and Agnes his wife, and of 6s. 8d. yearly rent which he had by feoffment of Thomas le Kyng and Alice his wife from their tenement in St. Sepulchre's parish without Newgate.
