Grant by Matilda, daughter of Everard Goldsmith, to Richard, the prior, and the convent of Holy Trinity, London, of the whole moiety of land that Hugh de Toting held of her father in the parish of St. Mary Abbechurch, for 14s. yearly. Witnesses:_ Richard son of William, Mayor of London, and others (named): [Middx.]. Jan, A. D. 1224.
