Description

Grant by Peter, the prior, and the convent of Holy Trinity, London, to Almaric, son of Hugh de Brambeley, for 9 marcs, of 6 acres in the field called 'Boilande' (in Bromley), in the lower tillage, between the little grove of the nuns of Stratford and their great field called 'Brodefeld; paying therefor 2s. yearly. Witnesses:- Johnde Solio, then alderman, Robert Pinkeny, Hamo Bedfonte, and others (named). Endorsed: "Modo, scilicet Anno Domini mccviij; Gregorius fil' G. de "la Schire tenet ij. acras pro viijd. Item Johannes Hamund 1 acram pro " iiijd. Item Juliana Reith ij. acras pro viijd. Item heres Walteri "Kebbel i acram pro iijd. Item heres Walteri "Kebbel i acram pro iiijd. Item iiijd. de incremento redditus de Juliana "predicta. " (Middx. ).
