Witnesses:- Andrew Bukerell, Mayor of London, Girard Bat and Robert Hardell, sheriffs, and others (named). Endorsed: "Istos 8s. nobis dedit Felicia quae fuit uxor Jocei Juvenis, ut patet per cartam ix de pluribus parochiis. " (Middx. ).
