Grant by Henry son of Reiner, and Joan his wife, to Robert Blund, brother of Walter Blund, of their land in the parish of St. Mary de Sumersate adjoining the soke of the archbishop of Canterbury, from the highway to the Thames; paying therefor 40s. yearly. For this grant Robert has given them a 'copula' towards the building of their hall. Witnesses:- Hugh de Baalum, William son of Sabelina, and others (named). (Middx. ).
