Ratification by Alice, wife of Thomas de Oxon,' living in the parish of St. Mary Abchurch, in the presence of Sir Walter their chaplain, of the sale by her husband to Master John Rosamunde of 20s. yearly rent issuing from their houses and rents in the parishes of St. Dunstan and St. Mary Bothaw: and oath of the same not to molest the said John in the possession of such rent, even after the death of her husband, under penalty of excommunication.
