Grant by Thomas de Overton to Thomas Gizors, citizen and vintner of London, of 60s. yearly rent issuing from the tenement in the parish of St. Dunstan West in Fleet Street, in the suburb of London, which he had by grant from Richard de Toppefeld, citizen and cutler of London, on the north side of Fleet Street, for 25 years from the Nativity of John the Baptist, 16 Edward III. (Middx. ). Wednesday next after St. Botolph the Abbot, 16 Edward III
