Remission by William Risyng, the prior, and the convent of Holy Trinity within Algate, London, to William Parkere, citizen and stockfishmonger of London, of 6s. out of the 8s. yearly rent he pays for a garden held of them in the parish of All Hallows of Berkyngcherche, between the churchyard of that church and the chapel called 'Berkyngchapel,' for ten years from the present date; Parkere undertaking to rebuild certain houses on the said garden within the next three years.
