Description

Confirmation by Roger de Exonia, chaplain, son and heir of Agnes, wife of the late Peter le Maltmetere, to Stephen, the prior, and the convent of Holy Trinity, London, of the grant that the said Peter and Agnes made to Stephen de Eldinge of 8s. yearly rent issuing as in E 40/1648, and the grant of the same made by Eldinge to the said convent. For this confirmation the prior and convent have remitted to him any arrears there may be in the said rent. Witnesses:- Sir John Breton, knt., Warden of the city of London, Henry Box and Richard de Gloucestria, sheriffs, and others (named). St. Peter in Chatedra, 23 Edward I
