Description

Grant by Stephen, son of Nicholas de Ponte, to Cecilia, late wife of Richard Tholusan the Palmer (Palmeri), for 40 marcs, of a yearly rent of 4 marcs issuing from his lands and houses by Bred Strate, in the parish of All Saints; with liberty to distrain in his other possessions if she fail to receive the said rent. Witnesses:- Serlo, then Mayor of London, William Joiner and Thomas Lambert, sheriffs, William son of Alice, the alderman, Richard Renger, John Travers, Roger Duk, and others (named). Middx. (7 Henry III. )
