Grant by Robert Saddler (Sellarius) to the prior and canons of Holy Trinity, London, of a rent of 7s. out of the land that Henry Tanner held of him in the parish of St. Botulph without Bissopesgae, of the fee of Henry de Cornhull, and which, as well as his chief dwellinghouse, he holds of Benedict Wandegos, paying therefor 3s. yearly. In case of failing to receive the rent of 7s., the prior may distrain on the said dwelling house. For this grant they have paid Robert and Cecilia his wife 35s. 8d. Witnesses:- John de Ballio, Gilbert the Moneyer (Monetario), then socnere of the bishop of London, Benedict Kokelin, and others (named). Middx.
