Release by William de Arderne, citizen of London, to Edmund de Hemenhale, citizen and mercer of London, of the two parts of a messuage, situate as described, in the parish of St. Margaret the Virgin at Lothbury, wiht which John his son lately enfeoffed the said Edmund, and also of a marc of annual rent issuing from another tenement as specified herein.
