Description

Grant by John Manyngham, knt., to John Esyngold, Thomas a Meres, and William Calverd, grocer and citizen of London, of two messuages that were John Scargill's, deceased, in Algate Strete in the parish of St. Katherine Christchurch, situate as described, which he and Edmund Burgh (who has released his right therein to him) had by grant of Cristopher Throkmerton, son and heir of John Throkmerton, of co. Gloucester, and Anne his wife, daughter of the said Scargill; appointing Hugh Standyssh his attorney to deliver them seisin of the premises, William Martyn, Mayor, William Purches and William Welbek, sheriffs of London, Ralph Astry, alderman of Algatestrete ward.
