Release by Robert, son of John de Chereburc, to Walter Clerk, son of Robert de Abbecherche, for 40s., of 3s. quit rent which Goda, late wife of Ralph Fenar', left him by will, issuing from land which the said Walter holds by the churchyard of Abbecherche. If he canot warrant the above to Walter he will give him in exchange land of equal value elsewhere Middlesex.
