Grant by James de Haverhell to Seyher, son of Henry son of Reiner, for 40s., of an annual rent of 5s. that descended to him on the marriage of Alice his mother, issuing from land in the parish of St. Mary de Abbecherche, situate as described. Witnesses: Joce Young, Joce son of Peter, Roger Blund, Warin son of Nicholas, then aldermen, Geoffrey de Essex, and others (named) Middx.
