Grant by Alexander Goldston to Emma his daughter, for 10s., of a messuage, 3 " particule" of land and 2 "tentoria" in Fullers' street, St. Albans, situate as described; paying therefore yearly 1/2 d. to himself, 2s. 4d. to the brethren and nuns of St. Mary de Pratis, and 4d. to the heirs of John Woolmonger (Lanarii). Witnesses: John de Northone, then provost of St. Albans, William le Noreis, Stephen Grasenloil and and others (named) Herts. 50 Henry III
