Grant by Peter Crisp, son of Henry, to Peter, the prior, and the canons of Holy Trinity, London, for 4 marcs, of the garden that Benedict Long held of Henry his father in the parish of St. Botulph without Alegate, the lands that Richard son of Jocelin and Richard Mercer held of the same, and a rent of 32d. that Benedict Joie held in the same parish, the situation of the garden and lands being specified. Witnesses: John Bokeointe, Daniel de Stebehee, Geoffrey Waterlader, Robert Badding, and others (named) Middx. A. D. 1197-1221
