Grant by Madio, son of Adam Howin, of Weston, to William, son of Hugh de Elinton, for five marcs, of a messuage and croft in Weston which he holds of Fulc son of Richard, and of land there, situate as described, paying yearly a halfpenny to Madio, and to Fulc son of Richard two capons and two hens. Witnesses:- William de Wichenton, Ralph de Stivecley, and others (named): [Hunt.].
