Grant by Agnes daughter of Robert, to the nuns of St. Mary of Sopwelle, of an annual rent of 3s. issuing from a shop in St. Albans, situate as described, and of a stall in the market-place there, paying yearly 1/2d. to Godfrey Rufus, and for the stall 1d. to Ralph Rop, and 1s. to Thomas, son of Richard Astmar. Witnesses:- William de Hussebury, then steward, Geoffrey de Gildewich, and others (named). Herts.
