Description

Release by Henry Bovet, of Wyneston, to Sir Hugh le Despenser, of that part of his land between the boundaries settled between Sir Hugh le Despenser, of that part of his land between the boundaries settled between Sir Hugh and Sir Henry de Penebrugge (E 40/943) on Tuesday the Vigil of the Apostles Philip and James, 31 Edward I., together with the common of pasture he has in the wood and tenement with which the said Hugh was enfeoffed by the said Henry. Witnesses:- Sir William Mauncel, knt., Richard le Eyr, of Byseleye, and others (named). (United to E 40/949, E 40/955 by a strip of parchment endorsed: "Quitclaims of the men of Wyneston of lands and pastures included within the park of La Musardere. " Glouc.
