Letters Patent of Edward II. containing grant to Hugh le Despenser, the elder, in part payment of what he owes him, of the custody of the manor of Cheddeworth, which was Guy's, late Earl of Warwick, who held it in capite, and which is in the King's hands from the minority of the heir; it being worth 16/. 10s. 1 1/4d. yearly, and being granted till the heir is of age, saving the property of the executors of the Earl's will therein.
