Description

Transcript of a fine whereby John de Camoys, knt., and Margaret his wife, acquire of Thomas de Burwell, parson of Stanfeld. Master Mathew de Wygenale, parson of Elsyng, and Nicholas de Lammere, parson of Briselee, the manor of Cowesby and advowson of the church there, and messuage and lands in Moseleye, Brantyngham, and Replyngham, with reaminder to Hugh de Hastyngs, knt., and Margery his wife, and the heirs of the latter. Annexed: (1). Writ to the Treasurer and Chamberlains to return a transcript of the above fine into the Chancery. (2). Writ to the Justices de Banco, forwarding the above transcript, and directing them to act thereon at the suit of John Hastings, heir of the above Margery. York. 20 October, 23 Hen. VI
