York, being tenant "by the curteseye of Ynglond" of East Hadilsay manor, of divers woods, and fishings, etc, in East, Middle, and West Hadilsay, and of the patronage of three chantries in East Hadilsay, hath demised the same to Thomas Darcy, knt., lord Darcy, for 40 years from the feast of the Annunciation next at a yearly rent of 26/. 13s. 4d., with other covenants. York. 21 December, 21 Hen. VIII
