Grant by Thomas de Beauchamp, Earl of Warwick, to Richard de Beauchamp, his son and heir apparent, of the castle and lordship of Bernardescastell, in Sadbergh wapentake, within the 'Corpus Comitatus' of Northumberland, with the appurtenances and privileges enumerated; and a water mill acquired of Thomas Bland, in Stratford vill, co. Richmond; with reversion to the said Earl if Richard die childless.
