Description

Letters of attorney of Nicholas Shelton and Richard Bradbrigge, empowering John Chauncy and William Colt, clerk, to receive possession in their name from Robert Southwell and Ursula his wife, of the manors of Fillolles Hall and Little Badow, Nethirhalle, alias Godeliston, and Wodyngton, alias Wotton, and of two tenements in the parish of St. Magnet' (sic), London, called 'the Signe of the Gunne,' a tenement without Crepilgate called 'the Popyngjay Aley,' and a tenement in Lumbard Street next 'the Popished,' formerly belonging to William Estild, knt., deceased.
