Indenture witnessing that William Bastwyk, of Boreham, husbandman, for the sum of 56/. (whereof he has received 53s. 4d. ) has bargained and sold to Sir Thomas Boleyn his tenement called 'Bullys,' in Boreham parish, and will hand over all muniments relating thereto at Michaelmas next, when the rest of the 56/. shall be paid, and till which time Bastwyk shall retain possession of the tenement. Essex. 18 Jan, 7 Hen. VIII
