If Sebricht cannot warrant the three parts of the mill to Gervase or his heirs, he undertakes to make them a reasonable exchange tot he same value from his property elsewhere. Witnesses:- Sir Robert Brand, William Wander, William Tabe, Walter de Puderuge, and others (named). Buckinghamshire.
