Release by William, son of William de Capetoft, to John de Melsa, of a messuage, 10 bovates, an acre called 'le Croft,' a "placea" of meadow called 'le Gayris,' and common of pasture called 'le Boys,' in Lepington, and of homage and service of le Breton for a messuage and land in the same place, which William his father granted the said John.
