Grant by Ranulf the Chaplain of Torn, to Matilda [Maud] Bigot [Bigod, Bigote], Countess of Norfolk and Warenne, of his tenement and appurtenances in Torn and Fislake, paying therefor yearly 3s. 8d. "Fratribus Milicie Templi Salomonis," at Hirst. For this grant the aforesaid Matilda [Maud] has paid 20 marcs. Witnesses:- Sir Roger de Lund(on), Sir John Lenveyse, Richard de Castro, and othes (named). York.
