Demise by Simon, the abbot, and the convent of Ramsey, to Sir William de Herle, knight, Robert de Sadyngton, and Master Robert de Burgh, rector of Houghton, of the manor of Schutlyngdon, with the hamlets of Pekesdene and Gravenhurst, the manors of Barton nd Craunfeld, with the appurtenances, saving the advowsons of the churches of all the manors, at the yearly rent of 113l. 6s. 8d. for the manor of Shutlyngdon, for Barton 50l., and for Craunfeld 100l. of silver, with right of re-entry upon the premises in case of failure of payment.
