Description

Ho Kuei-ch'ing to Bruce. U.S. envoy has gone to Peking to exchange treaties. Wonders if Bruce and Gros wish to do the same; if so, will request Emperor to notify Kuei-liang et al. as well as Viceroy of Chihli to provide all facilities on way to Peking.
