Description (What the record is about)

Yeh Ming-ch'en to Bonham. It is not fair of Bonham to try to silence Tseng A-chang on question of A-ts'ai's death. In any case, Tseng A-chang has given himself up to Chinese authorities and has undertaken not to cause any more trouble, which is why he was released. Cannot understand what Bonham means by taking unilateral action against Tseng A-chang.
