Bonham to Yeh Ming-ch'en. In two recent operations to west of Hong Kong, Royal Navy has destroyed twelve pirate vessels with total of seventy cannon on board, and has dispersed numerous pirates. Again requests vigorous action against pirates who attackedtwo British vessels.
