Pottinger to Ch'eng Yü-ts'ai. Isabella, loaded with 7,440 silver dollars and unarmed, was plundered by Chinese pirates between Hong Kong and Macao. Chinese cooks on board are accomplices and have now been arrested by Macao authorities.
