Attorney-General v Leonard SEARLE and Henry MANCHESTER re encroachments by Morden College at Blackheath, parish of Charlton, Kent: Exchequer, information filed Mich term 1751, 22 Nov 1754 and 1755 and Attorney-General ex parte Rex v Joseph GORDON re messuage or tenement on Maidenstone Hill and adjoining land in parish of East Greenwich, Kent which should be in hands and possession of the King: Exchequer, information of instrusion filed Hil term, 8 Geo III, 1767/[8] and opinion of Attorney-General and Solicitor-General, 1809, re Crown interests in certain lands and messes upon Blackheath
