Christiane BAUER and Elizabetha, his wife v William MITFORD and Attorney-General re suit originally commenced in Court of Exchequer but afterwards transferred to Court of Chancery to establish claim as next of kin to General Kohler of Royal Artillery whodied intestate on 29 Dec 1800 and to whose estate the Crown obtained administration in Prerogative Court of Canterbury on 27 Jan 1813: Chancery, original bill filed Trin term 1820 and Johann Jost WILHELM v Henry Revell REYNOLDS; Attorney-General; Philip KOHLER and Franz Adolph NEVEUX re claims to be next of kin to intestate: Chancery, bill filed 11 Jan 1860 and George HOFLICK v Henry Revell REYNOLDS; Attorney-General; Philip KOHLER and Franz Adolph NEVEUX re claims to be next of kin to intestate: Chancery, bill filed 30 Jan 1861
