Description

Attorney-General at the relation of the Earl of Powis v. the Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of Ludlow and others. 3 actions concerning lands granted by charter of Edward VI for the maintenance of an almshouse and a school and for other charitable purposes at Ludlow. Court: Chancery. (In two parts, part 1 refers to 1843-1848, and part 2 refers to 1840-1847)
