Indenture, tripartite, witnessing that John, Duke of Lancaster, and William de Mountagu, Earl of Salisbury, have exchanged bonds to secure that the said duke and Blanche his wife shall levy a fine to the said earl of all the lands, etc., in the counties o

f Wilts, Somerset and Dorset which are in the earl's possession as of his earldom, except the manors of Trowbridge and Aldbourn; and the earl shall levy a fine to the duke and Blance and her heirs of a rent of 200l. charged on the manor of Martock not to be paid so long as the duke and Blanche enjoy the manors of Trowbridge and Aldbourn: Wilts., Somers.,Dorset^^French
