Record and process of proceedings before Edmund de Hemegrave and Robert de Aspale, justices of oyer and terminer at Henhowe, Robert Motoun v Richard Freysel and others, assault at Little Saxham, returned into King's Bench under certiorari, but in the name of Robert de Saxham instead of Robert Motoun. They were different men (10 mm)
