Description

Imperfect contemporary index to CP 18 and CP 46.

Rough index arranged by terms under the first letter of the plaintiff's surname, with a marginal note of the county and the name of the lessor. The Plaintiff is usually fictitious. The declarations are numbered but will usually be found in the bundle for the term previous to that in which they are entered
