Legend: faint suggestion of letters, nothing legible. Coin face: crown, possibly unusual shape, suggestion of nose, possibly eyebrows, and eyes. Shaft: square in section where spike joins shaft, chamfered to create octagonal, passing to round section c 15 mm. below coin face; spike heavier than normal; tip blunt, chisel-shaped; one side of spike vertical, the other side cut at an angle; chamfering seems rather crude. Crown stamped on shank. Height of shaft 82.5 mm. Height of spike 57 mm. Diameter. of coin face (no bevel) 21 mm.
