44 items (originally illustrating a print of the journal of D J Gamble, Deputy Quartermaster General, New Zealand, 1861-1865, and prints of other military correspondence) extracted from WO 33/16. Detailed descriptions are given at item level.
Some of these items appear to be copied from or based on MS maps now at MFQ 1/778, MFQ 1/1038 and WO 32/8275; see also the sequence commencing with WO 78/5703. Further maps and plans remain bound in the volume at WO 33/16; lists covering both the extracted and unextracted maps are at folios 131 (dorse) and 297.
